Production Department

1、 Production Senior Manager (1 person)
Job Nature
1. Manages the general work , include the process flow 、cost control、personnel management etc.
2. Manage evaluations of new materials, process changes and new products.
3.Responsible for the plant production output、quality of the products、production costs、safety of all production employees.
4. Interface extensively with all Departments.
5. Coordinates equipment downtime and availability with Maintenance & Engineering、EHS programs with EHS Manager.
6 Implement lean manufacturing techniques & continuous improvement programs.
7. Meet production schedules – on time delivery performance.
8. Apply aluminum rolled products process technology.

Requirements:
1. Education: Requires at least a B.S. in Engineering or Materials Science. An M.S. and an MBA are highly desirable but can be offset with more than twenty years of relevant experience.
2. Training / Knowledge
a. Experience and understanding of the production processes and material flow of an aluminum rolled products plant
b. Material flow, production planning and scheduling，Production process technology，Quality attributes of rolled products，Cost systems and controls，Manufacturing safety，Organizational and management skills.
3. Experience: A minimum of ten years production management experience in the production of aluminum rolled products. Should have relevant experience in all areas of an ingot casting-hot and cold rolling manufacturing plant. Experience managing a large workforce plus interfacing on a professional level with customers and other professional groups.
4. Skills: Must be very goal and team oriented. Must be able to function quickly and efficiently in high pressure situations. Must be comfortable in both an industrial and potentially dangerous environment as well as in a professional office environment. Must be able to manage and interface with large groups of people of various skills, educations and backgrounds. Must be able to delegate to subordinates. Must manage and execute change quickly and efficiently.

2、Hot Rolling Manager (1 Person)
Job Nature
1. Manages the general work , include the process flow 、cost control、personnel management etc of the hot mill department.
2. Responsible for the quality 、production output 、production costs、safety of the hot mill departments.
3. Interface extensively with all Departments.
4. Manage evaluations of new materials, process changes and new products.
5. Implement lean manufacturing techniques & continuous improvement programs.
6. Meet production schedules – on time delivery performance.

Requirements:
1. Education: Requires at least a B.S. in Engineering or Materials Science.
2. Training / Knowledge
a. Experience and understanding of the production processes and material flow of an aluminum rolled products plant.
b. Material flow, production planning and scheduling，Hot rolling process technology，Lubrication process technology including hot rolling emulsions，Quality attributes of rolled products，Cost systems and controls，Manufacturing safety，Organizational and management skills.
3. Experience: A minimum of five years experience in hot rolling and five years of production management experience in the production of aluminum rolled products.
4. Skills: Must be very goal and team oriented. Must be able to function quickly and efficiently in high pressure situations. Must be comfortable in both an industrial and potentially dangerous environment. Must manage and execute change quickly and efficiently.
